The Skinny On the ELA 4
The "ELA 4" is the English Language Arts Test given by New York
State Education Department to 4th grade students as one of the
requirement for promotion to the 5th grade.
The Skinny On the ELA 4 provides:

The ELA 4 exam has a dizzying array of different formats. We'll
